ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to remove the detail mark in so far as Kualam Shown in the FMB Pertaining to land comprised in S.No.243/1 of Mettupatti Village, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District pursuant to the order dated 09.03.1995 passed by the Principal District Court, Salem in C.M.A. No.225/1993. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 4th respondent within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
