This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2015 on the file of Inspector of Police, Kambainallur Police Station, Kambainallur, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District the 2nd respondent herein to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District the 3rd respondent herein.
