WP.Nos.4096 & 15586/2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., WP.No.4096/2018 has been filed by the wife/first wife and two sons of the petitioner in WP.No.15586/2018. The petitioner in WP.No.15586/2018 T.Vivekanandass, had presented a Compromise Memo dated 28.06.2023 which had been signed by him and by a Deputy Manager of Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited [TAMIN] whereby the respondent/TAMIN had agreed to release the retirement benefits to T.Vivekanandass / petitioner in WP.No.15586/2018.

2.The Compromise Memo is rejected.

The petitioner, T.Vivekanandass, must come forward to settle the petitioners in WP.No.4096/2018. A specific injunction is granted against TAMIN from releasing any retirement benefits to T.Vivekanandass. If they had so released, then this Court will pass necessary strictures against the necessary officials who had so released.

3.The Deputy Manager, TAMIN, who had signed the Compromise Memo dated 28.06.2023, which had been presented today in Court, and whose name is not disclosed in the Compromise Memo, is to be present in Court.

4.For his presence, list the matter on 11.09.2023 at 2.15 p.m.
