PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of Civil Procedure Code to direct the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.894 of 2015 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the partition suit is between the family members and since the suit has been kept pending from the year 2015, it would be appropriate to direct the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose off the suit in O.S.No.894 of 2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the said proceedings without taking any unnecessary adjournment.

4. In view of the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
