ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Sub-Judge, Neyveli to dispose of the Proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2017 at the earliest.

2.The petitioner is the husband and wife is the respondent in this revision petition. The petitioner moved this revision for early disposal of HMOP filed before the learned Sub-Judge Neyveli. http://www.judis.nic.in

pam 3.On perusal of the adjudication, it is seen that the respondent wife filed a petition for interim maintenance and for litigation expenses and the same is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Sub-Judge, Neyveli is directed to dispose of the interim application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
