This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29994 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of fifteen days, this order shall stand automatically cancelled. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29994 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on all hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
