Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the 4th to 6th respondents in respect of the appointment of the posts of Record Clerk, Office Assistant and Night Watchman in Palladam Panchayat Union consequently directing the 3rd respondent to monitor the transparent selection conducted by the 4th to 6th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2021.

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the 4th to 6th respondents in respect of the appointment of the posts of Record Clerk, Office Assistant and Night Watchman in Palladam Panchayat Union and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to monitor the transparent selection conducted by the 4th to 6th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
