[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., Raghupathy, aged 40 years, sought production of her husband.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. Given the admission of the petitioner that there is every possibility of her husband/detenu having absconded, he having fallen into several debt, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
