Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to take / initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings and other actions against the 6th respondent for his illegal and unlawful activities particularly against the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2012 seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate proper disciplinary action against the respondent No.6 for his alleged illegal actions. 2.

The respondent No.6 filed a counter affidavit denying the allegations made against him.

Though the allegations have been made by the petitioner in the year 2012, so far, no action has been taken by the respondents No.1 to 5 against the respondent No.6. It is not known as to whether the petitioner is still interested to pursue the matter or not, in view of lapse of about 12 years.

Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent, if any grievance of the petitioner still survives, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the petitioner submits any such representation within the time stipulated above, the third respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. In case the third respondent propose to take any action adverse to the interest of the respondent No.6, he shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the respondent No.6 before taking any action.
