This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, till filing of the charge sheet before the trial Court in Crl.O.P.No.24593 of 2023, dated 30.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
