This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file its final report in Cr.No.329 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.C.Pugazhenthi, Inspector of Police, T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Inspector of Police, submitted that investigation in Crime No.329 of 2011 was completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 10.07.2015 in CC.No.170 of 2015 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offences under Section 448, 294[b] and 506[ii] IPC.
