ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2902 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11001 of 2023, dated 28.02.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2902 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11001 of 2023, dated 28.02.2024,, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
