ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30144 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
