The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to furnish the details as sought by the First Respondent by communication dated 18.06.2020 and reminder communications dated 22.09.2020, 08.02.2021, 09.03.2021 and 15.04.2021 and further directing the First Respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.03.2020 made by the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the Respondents, has brought to the notice of this Court that the First Respondent, viz., the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj by letter in Na.Ka. No. 12226/2021/C2 dated 27.11.2021 has informed the Second Respondent to furnish details. In response to that, the Second Respondent by Letters in Na. Ka. No. 4113/2018/PaA6 dated 22.04.2021, 26.07.2021 and 27.08.2021 has furnished the particulars as sought by the First Respondent and its copy has been produced. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, it is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
