The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

Investigation completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vannur. 3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vannur on 05.02.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
