Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider and pass final order on the appeal dated 18.09.2019 filed by the Petitioner in order to issue Natham house site patta in favour of the Petitioner in respect of land in Survey No. 325/3 (Old Natham Survey No.141/1) to an extent of 1382 sq.ft at Aavadathur Village, Mettur Taluk. Heard Mr. M. Elango, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mrs. A.B.Reehana Begum, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry on the appeal dated 18.09.2019 made by the Petitioner has been fixed on 14.02.2020 before the First Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued to all parties concerned. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of a copy of the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The First Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.04.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
