Prayer in W.P.No.1194 of 2012:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the post of part Time Instructor in Agriculture for recruitment under part Time Instructor of Word Education in G.O.Ms.No.177 School Education (C2) Department dated 11.11.2011 and consequently appoint the petitioners as Part Time Instructors in Agriculture based on the said G.O. with attended benefits.

Prayer in W.P.No.1195 of 2012:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the post of part Time Instructor in weaving for recruitment under part Time Instructor of Word Education in G.O.Ms.No.177 School Education (C2) Department dated 11.11.2011 and consequently appoint the petitioners as Part Time Instructors in Weaving based on the said G.O. with attended benefits.

COMMON ORDER Though both the Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to include the post of Part Time Instructor in Agriculture and Part Time Instructor in Weaving for recruitment under Part time Instructor of Work Education in terms of G.O.Ms.No.177 School Education (C2) Department dated 11.11.2011.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners taking into consideration long lapse of time submitted that the petitioners may be given liberty to participate in the recruitment process. In case, the respondents intend to fill up the post of Part Time Instructor in Agriculture and Part Time Instruct in Weaving in future.

3. This Court is of the considered view, the respondents cannot have objections for the same, provided, the petitioners' satisfied the requisite qualification criteria.

4. In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to participate in the recruitment process, if any initiated by the respondents for filling up the post of Part Time Instructor in Agriculture and Part Time Instructor in Weaving in future. In case, if the petitioners participate in any such recruitment process, their cases shall be considered subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria. No costs.
