Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on her revision petition dated 19.07.2016, challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the revision petition as early as on 19.07.2016, the same has not yet been disposed of.

5. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition in accordance with law, within a time frame.

6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 19.07.2016 filed by her as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent, on merits and in accordance with law , within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
