2. Now the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted before this Court that the appellant/petitioner has vacated the said quarters.

3. In view of the the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, nothing further survives for adjudication in the appeal.
