ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents in accordance with law for their willful disobedience of the order in WP.No.8479 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation seeking sanction of surrender leave, within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents produced letter dated 16.04.2025 of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kumbakonam) Limited, Kumbakonam addressed to him, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.8479 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 16.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 16.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
