O R D E R

The prayer sought in this contempt petition is to initiate the contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish them for not obeying the order of this Court dated 29.09.2023 made in W.P.No.20161 of 2020.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20161 of 2020 dated 29.09.2023 has been complied by the respondents and he has also produced a compliance report vide Na.Ka.No.821/Aa8/2024 dated 26.07.2024 to that effect, after duly serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The aforesaid compliance report has been taken on record by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the compliance report dated 26.07.2024 produced by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.

5. The third respondent is directed to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner with effect from 28.03.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after the receipt of proposal from the concerned school.
