ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 07.03.2015 and investigate the matter and also to give police protection to the petitioner in enjoying the property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.67/2015 was conducted. According to the petitioner, he wants to survey the property and the opposite https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties are preventing him. If that is so, the petitioner is directed to approach the Revenue Authorities and if the complaint is lodged by the Revenue Authorities, when they come for inspection and survey, the respondent police shall take appropriate action and give protection the Revenue Authorities for surveying the land.
