ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to re-construct nine(9) original complaints in connection with C.C.No.22 of 1997, based on the petitioner's counsel representation dated 16.12.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the arguments on either side in the case in C.C.No.22 of 1997 are over and now, the case has been posted for pronouncing judgement and at this juncture, this petition has been filed seeking the afore stated relief.

3.Finding considerable force and substance in the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, this Court is not inclined to grant any direction as sought by the petitioner, at this juncture. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
