2. Dharmaraj Respondent(s) This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.N.Vijayaragavan, the learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.K.Selvakumar, the learned counsel for the respondents. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both the parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:- TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
1. As against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.709 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Namakkal, the appellant/Insurance Company has filed this appeal.
2. It is informed that, the entire award amount, as directed, has already been deposited along with the interest and costs.
3. Now after due discussion and deliberation, the parties have come to the Settlement, according to which, it is agreed by both sides that out of the deposited amount the appellant/Insurance Company shall withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in full quit and the balance amount including accrued interest if any shall be withdrawn by claimants/respondents.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
