This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2024 in compliance with the order of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Thirukazhukundram dated 22.11.2024 in C.M.P.No.475 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the nd respondent police registered a case in Crime No.10 of 2025 on 13.01.2025 and therefore, there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 2/4
