(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that since the order of the learned single Judge has been challenged in this writ appeal, where a direction was given by the learned Judge to revisit the promotion earned by the appellant which having been complied with and the Government has come forward to confirm the promotion given to the appellant and in this regard, the Government has issued a proceedings dated 13.06.2022 which confirmed the promotion given to the appellant, nothing survives for effective adjudication in this writ appeal.
