ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30902 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 to appear before the Manavalanagar Police Station, Thiruvallur District or any other Police Station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the Uthukottai Police Station. He would further submit that the residence of the deceased is very close to the Uthukottai Police Station. Therefore, he seeks to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30902 of 2024 by an order dated 13.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Manavalanagar Police Station, Thiruvallur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
