C O M M O N J U D G M E N T C.M.A.No.3181 of 2010 has been filed challenging the order dated 09.11.2009 passed in I.A.No.282 of 2005 in O.S.No.9 of 1988 by the Additional District Court, Puducherry at Karaikal.

2. C.R.P.No.4054 of 2010 has been filed challenging the order dated 09.11.2009 passed in I.A.No.265 of 2005 in O.S.No.9 of 1988 by the learned Additional District Court, Puducherry, Karaikal.

3. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.M.A.No.3181 of 2010/revision petitioner in C.R.P.No.4054 of 2010 submits that the suit in O.S.No.9 of 1988 itself was disposed of and therefore, C.M.A.No.3181 of 2010 and C.R.P.No.4054 of 2010 have become infructuous. He has also filed a Memo to that effect.
