The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from laying Tar Tap road in the land of the petitioner situated in S.Nos.324/1, 324/3 and 293/1 in Mathampudur, Naranapuram Village, palladam Taluk without due process of law.

The prayer in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents from laying a Tar Tap road, in the land of the petitioner situated in S.Nos.324/1, 324/3 and 293/1 in Mathampudur, Naranapuram Village, Palladam Talk, without due process of law.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for final hearing, M.Chandra Sekar, Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, is present before this Court and on instructions from him, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents would submit that since the subject https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter of the land had already been taken possession by the Muthanampalayam Village Panchayat, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District, who is not a party in this Writ Petition, the Respondents herein have nothing to do with the laying of the road in the petition mentioned land, which is the prayer as sought for in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above said submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the concerned Panchayat, or authority concerned seeking compensation. No costs.
