(Crime No.8 of 2020) Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17592 of 2020 vide dated 10.11.2020 in para No.6(a) is that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties out of which, one surety shall be the relative of the petitioner and other shall be Government servant, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, 1st Additional Special court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

ORDER
