CMP.No.904 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1079 days in filing the C.M.P. to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 4th Respondent viz.

2.CMP.No.905 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th Respondent viz.

A.R.Dhamodara Mudaliar in the above C.R.P.

3.CMP.No.906 of 2023 has been filed to bring the Respondents-8 to 11 herein on record as Respondents-10 to 13 in the above C.R.P. as the L.Rs. of the deceased 4th Respondent A.R.Dhamodara Mudaliar.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
