ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in order dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28446 of 2024 in paragraph no.7(b) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28446 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
