JUDGMENT

When the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal came up for hearing on 31.10.2019, there was no representation for the appellant and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 01.11.2019. Even today, i.e., 01.11.2019 there is no representation for the appellant.

2. The Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as remuneration to Mr.E.Kannadasan, who appeared on behalf of the respondent as Legal Aid Counsel.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
