O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the 4th respondent to 5th respondent CBI or any other equivalent investigation agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that the petitioner did not co-operate for investigation and the investigation is pending. 3.Heard Mr.V.Balamurugane, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for investigation and the fourth respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.286 of 2001, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above said direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
