Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to receive the rental amount in respect of their occupied portion of 321 sq.ft. to an amount of Rs.15022/- (monthly rent of Rs.802/-) from the period of March 2017 to October 2018 for 1st applicant and 294 sq.ft for 2nd applicant to an amount of Rs.13759/- (monthly rent of rs.735/-) from the period of March, 2017 to October, 2018.
