O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 121(1), 132, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.530 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the police official who was discharging their official duties and also caused nuisance to the general public. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that petitioner is A2 and the co-accused A1, A3 and A4 have been arrested and released on bail Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, petitioner has two previous cases.

5. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner was involved in attacking the police officials and also the fact that the petitioner has two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
