This application is filed by the plaintiff alleging breach of interim order passed by this Court on 14.02.2012 in O.A.No.1 of 2012 in C.S.No.626 of 2009 . The main suit is for damages alleging defamation. Pending disposal of the main suit, interim order has been passed and this application is filed alleging the breach of interim order, since the matter has reached the stage of recording the evidence. The Division Bench has made certain observations regarding this application to the effect that the issue can be decided on completion of trial.

2. Hence the application is closed.
