Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the production of the body of girl Miss.Nathiya, aged 20 years, who is missing from 28.03.2015 and to set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Nathiya, aged about 20 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also present before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that the petitioner is her father and she has married one Vikram, who is also present before this Court and she is willing to go only with her husband. The Marriage Certificate issued by the concerned Authority, is also produced before this Court.

4.Having recorded the same, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention by any body and this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
