This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18600 of in Crl.O.P.No.19709 of 2023, dated 24.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month on any working day at 10.30 a.m till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
