ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 06.12.2024, passed by the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai in IA.No.6 of 2024 in OS.No.6612 of 2019.

2. The plaintiff / petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.6612 of 2019 on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, seeking permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. Pending the suit the plaintiff taken out an application in IA.NO.6 of 2024 to issue summons to the Head Surveyor / 2nd respondent to submit the revenue records and depose evidence of the suit property and more specifically FMB sketch and patta with regard to the suit property. 2/5

3. The learned Trial Judge dismissed the said application. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Today, a FMB sketch has been produced and the same shall be filed into the Trial Court on 05.04.2025, along with a memo and the same shall be marked as an exhibit. The learned Trial Judge shall thereafter hear the arguments and pass Judgement. The order has been passed on consent of both the parties.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
