2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2014 is filed completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a defacto complainant in Crime No.66 of 2014. On completion of the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2014, now charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
