When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.40338 of 2015 dated 21.12.2015 has been complied with and have also produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Ponneri in Na.Ka.No.1658/2016/M2 dated 30.06.2018.

2. In view of above, the contempt petition stands closed.
