ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.1.2018 seeking compassionate appointment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and is also suffering from non-employment. Since his father N.Rajendran, while serving as Sub Inspector of Police in F-3, Nungambakkam Police Station (Traffic), died on 26.1.2007 leaving the petitioner and other members in the family, immediately after his death, a representation was given to the respondents in the month of June, 2007 requesting them to give the petitioner's mother a job on compassionate ground. However, they misplaced the representation given by the petitioner's mother and asked for a fresh one. Accordingly, another representation dated 14.11.2009 was given. also deteriorated, she requested the respondents to give compassionate appointment to her elder son on 14.7.2010. But both the representations were rejected by the respondents for the reason that they have not given proper representation within three years time.

3. When the petitioner has not admittedly challenged that order, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to consider one more representation. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
