By order dated 09.02.2026, this Court had directed the respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.2,40,651/- and had also ordered notice returnable by 09.02.2026.
2. On 09.02.2026, noting that the notice had been returned with an endorsement as 'no such person', this Court permitted the applicant to service of notice on the respondent through paper publication. Evidencing the paper publication, an affidavit of service had also been filed by the applicant on 25.02.2026. In spite of which, the respondent had neither chosen to appear in person nor represented through a counsel.
3. Already orders were passed directing to furnish the security the respondents had not chosen to defend himself. In view of the same, there shall be an order of attachment of the immovable property described in the judge's summons.
4. Registry is directed to transmit the order to the Sub Registrar Office, Kattuputhur, as well as to the Principal District Judge, Trichy.
