CRL.O.P.No.10215 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.

Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 324, 302 of IPC in connection with Crime No.153 of 2016, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.04.2016, there was a quarrel with regard to land dispute between the deceased and the petitioners. They are relatives. The petitioners attacked their own paternal aunt with stick and caused her death. Hence, a complaint had been lodged.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's name was found place in the FIR and it is not in dispute that the petitioner was in the scene of occurrence and on that, the FIR discloses that he attacked the victim.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the fact that the petitioner's name was found place in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
