The petitioner, while working as Commissioner in Gudalur Municipality, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District, was placed under suspension by order passed in G.O.(2D)No.93, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME4) Department, dated 29.11.2018, based on the FIR registered in Crime No.3/2016/AC/NI dated 13.04.2016 on the file of the Vigilance and AntiCorruption Wing, Uthagamandalam, The Nilgiris District, in respect of the complaint given by one Chitra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.12.2018 to the respondents for revocation of suspension and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents. 3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Govt.Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

4.Without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
