(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Janarthanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c.) appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, Government Advocate, appearing for respondent no.3. 2.The petitioner is a resident of Vadakupattu Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The case of the petitioner is that the Government is constructing a veterinary hospital at Chennakuppam Village. The prayer of the petitioner is that instead of setting up the veterinary hospital at Chennakuppam Village, it should be set up in their village, i.e., Vadakupattu Village. They have also sent a representation to the concerned authority, i.e., The District Collector, Kancheepuram District, stating that instead of setting up the veterinary hospital at Chennakuppam Village, it should be set up at Vadakupattu Village.

3.Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondent no.3, states that the said representation will be considered by the end of March, 2019. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
