Crl.M.P.No.698 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22805 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22805 of 2023, dated 13.10.2023.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the demand draft is ready and that the same will be deposited before the Court below.

3. In view of the above, the time granted by this Court is extended till 24.01.2024. In the mean time, the direction issued by this Court shall be complied with.

This petition is disposed of with the above direction.
