O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Chandrasekar,, S/o.Elumalai, aged about 29 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order in No.C2/101456/2015 dated 04.06.2015 passed by the second respondent against her husband branding him as a "Black Marketeer" under the privisions of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act No.7 of 1980).

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 04.06.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.263, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 22.07.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
