[Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.] The petitioner seeks modification of the conditions imposed by this Court in paragraph 13(ii) and (iii) in Crl.A. No.700 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023.

2. This Court directed that the petitioner, after coming out from jail, shall stay at Chennai and shall not leave the Chennai City without the permission of the trial Court and shall appear and sign before the trial Court every day at 10:30 a.m. until further orders, which is found in paragraph 13(ii) and (iii) of the order dated 15.12.2023 in Crl.A. No.700 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said conditions imposed by this Court on the ground that he has been complying with the conditions ever since the date of order.

4. Mr. A.R.L. Sundaresan, the learned Additional Solicitor General

submitted that the conditions may not be relaxed totally and the petitioner's presence is required on all hearing dates.

5. In view of the objections raised by the respondent, we deem it appropriate to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 13(iii) in Crl.A.No.700 of 2023 as follows:

"The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month and on all hearing dates.

The other condition imposed in para 13(ii) shall stand relaxed.

6. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
